Gota Sheddo (Green Moong Dal with Whole Vegetables)
Preparation
Wash and soak dal overnight.
Cooking
Pressure cook dal with salt for 5 minutes
(without lid) or till it just starts to boil.
When dal starts to boil, add the remaining ingredients (except oil) and pressure cook on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables and dal are cooked.
Add mustard oil and remove from heat.
