Chana-Shuti'r Chop (Paneer and Peas Cutlet)

Cut paneer into thin 2 inch square pieces. Make an even number of paneer slabs.
Place about 1/2 tsp of the peas/motorshuti filling on one paneer slab and spread evenly with a small spoon. Cover with another paneer slab such that the filling is sandwiched between the 2 paneer slabs.
Batter : Beat egg in a bowl and to it add maida, chilli powder, salt, and water. Make a thick batter.
Dip the paneer cutlets in the batter and deep fry.
Remove from oil and keep on paper towel.
