These puff pastries are the perfect way to begin your dinner menu or to enjoy that hot cup of tea with a quick snack. An assortment of puffs can be prepared with minced meats, paneer, or green peas to cater to all tastes.

Preparation

Thaw pastry sheets at room temperatures for about 45 minutes (as directed on the packet). Open the folds and cut out inch squares.

Add 1 tsp filling at the center of each square. Seal diagonally opposite corners (as shown above) and along the sides with a wet fingers.

Preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with pudina chutney, tabasco sauce or your desired sauce.
