Heat oil, to it add mustard seeds, bengal gram, and dry red chillies. Fry for 30 sec or until seeds start to Add onions, tomato, garlic, and ginger. Fry min until onions become tender
Add carrots and peas - fry for 5-6 min on low heat and covered till the vegetables are firmly cooked.
Add curry powder, salt and sugar and stir for 2-3 min. Remove from heat.
Garnish with cilantro
