Alu Phulkopi Bhaja (Potato-Cauliflower Fried)

Cooking

Heat oil in a kadai. Make sure the oil is very hot.

Add kalonji and dry chillies and fry for 30 sec.

Add cut potatoes and fry for 2 min on high heat.

Add cauliflower florets and turn the heat to medium settings. Cover for 2 min (for softening).

Remove cover, add green chillies, salt and Continue to fry till golden brown.
