Palong Shaag Ghonto
Spinach (palong shaak) preparation cooked ghonto-style with spices, a nutritious Bengali green dish.
Cooking
Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry potatoes till golden brown and keep aside.
Fry boris in the same oil till they turn brown and crunchy. Keep them aside for garnishing.
To the remaining oil, add chopped spinach, and green peas. Turn heat to medium-low and cook covered.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with hot rice.
